Contacting KiteHouse
The project form prepares a draft in your own email application. You choose whether to send it. This website does not submit the form to a lead database or store its contents on a website server. Messages you send by email or WhatsApp are handled through those services to respond to your enquiry.
Your statistics choice
The site stores your statistics preference in your browser for up to 90 days. This allows it to remember whether you accepted or declined optional measurement. You can change the choice at any time with “Statistics settings” in the footer. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may not be remembered between pages.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow statistics. It measures page views and actions such as opening an Ecobouwers registration link, choosing a contact method or preparing an email draft. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this integration. Form names, email addresses, messages and project locations are not included in our custom analytics events.
Changing your choice
Select “Statistics settings” at the bottom of any page to allow or decline measurement. Declining disables this integration and clears the Google Analytics cookies it can access for this domain. The choice does not affect navigation, contact links or the ability to register with Ecobouwers.
External services and questions
Ecobouwers handles registrations on its own website. Clicking its link is an expression of interest, not confirmation that registration was completed. Google, WhatsApp and your email service operate under their own privacy information. For questions about information you have sent to KiteHouse, contact hello@kitehouse.be.
